| Can I place an order by mail? |
| Yes! Simply add items to your cart and print out the shopping cart page. Then, write to us at info@moochpooch.com and we'll give you the address to which the order and payment should be sent. Please note that mail orders must be paid for with a check or money order. |

| When will my order ship? |
We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). If any problems arise while processing or shipping your order, we will contact you within two business days. |

| We ship our orders using United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail service. |

| What are your exchange and return policies? |
| Please email us at info@moochpooch.com if you are unsatisfied with your greeting card order and would like to exchange or return it. Requests for exchange or refund should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds or exchanges will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Refunds for returned cards will be issued as soon as possible once items are received by Mooch Pooch. Please note that address and gift labels may only be exchanged if the information we printed on them was incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
